My first impression was that the place was so near to the Mansion House station. We only needed to walk a couple of steps to arrive there, which was great, because I was exhausted after my long flight and travel. There are restaurants, fast-food chains, and supermarkets around, so we weren't worried about what to eat. The room is bright and cosy; it has a new view down the street and plenty of space for my family to put our stuff and big luggage. The bathroom is big and clean. The fridge is also big, and the kitchen works well. What I like most about our room is that there was a washing machine. Because of an illness I experienced, I could hardly tolerate dirty clothes and had to wash my clothes often when I travelled. Thus, it was so convenient that I could wash my clothes and socks easily during my stay here. It increases my comfort. Although the hotel is near the station and on busy streets, we didn't experience any loud noise and had a good night's sleep. The price we paid is worth our stay, and it fulfils our demands. If the hotel continues to keep it this way, we will go back here for sure when we travel to London again.

I was in Cove for 7 days. We took the Studio Room. The room was super comfortable, and clean. The room and bathroom were relatively big for London room standards. It has everything there. The location is perfect! a couple of meters of StPaul Cathedral and the river, 2 minutes from the metro. It is a busy zone full of offices and bars, but it is not noisy at night. This room was not in front of the main street, therefore was not noisy, which was important to me. The Staff are super friendly, At night the place is closed, you need to contact the staff beforehand. I arrived at 9:30pm and the staff was not at the main entrance, but you can contact them by phone or email. There is no room cleaner during the stay. It didn't bother me, but if bothers you, you can contact the staff and ask them to clean the room.

The studio apartment was the perfect size. I was traveling alone but there was room for another. The suite is well-decorated, clean, and very comfortable. The access to Mansion House Station is unbeatable and makes adventuring effortless. The location is so good that you could even walk to many attractions with minimal to moderate amount of effort. I struggle in cramped hotel rooms and need to ability to make food and coffee, and just have space in general, and the studio suite offered that.

I also like that there is a gym in the building for me to exercise. The place is conveniently located. It is literally a few steps away from the Mansion House station. There's also a small Sainsbury's nearby.

Good for long stay since they have washing machine in each unit and there’s laundry room in the basement. The check in and check out process are smooth.
